Content of the listing is the sole responsibility of user and Rock-Lab/PCWorks in no way guarantees or warrants any perceived or expected results when placing said listing. rock-lab.com provides free basic listings, however, in the future additional options are available upon payment. User also understands that Rock-Lab/PCWorks does NOT provide refunds for ANY reason, to include technical or other causes in interuption of website.
In the event of a prolonged "catastrophic" failure, Rock-Lab/PCWorks may elect to extend a listing term, but will not refund the original purchase price or any pro rated amount. The User must be at least thirteen (13) years old to register for and use our Services.
User agrees that he/she will NOT use profanity or sexually explicit images in the content of any listing and realizes that all listing content must be acceptable for all audiences. User understands that use of inappropriate content will cause the listing to be removed from the site without refund or replacement.
